My first diaper birthday cake for a sweet little gal who has turned one!!
Beary Berry contains quality diapers from Pampers, a OWEN receiving blanket, a Strawberry Shortcake bodysuit, a CARTER'S bib, 1 pair of Pink Flower hair clips and the cake is finally topped off with a Care Bear who has a Pink Bow hair clip on her.
